We act as an intermediary, introducing clients to lenders and assisting with applications. All lending decisions are made solely by the relevant financial institution.
Our service is free to the buyer — our fees are paid by the lending institution upon successful disbursement. We do not charge upfront fees for mortgage advisory services.
